Comments: 12.1 «Исполнитель» представляет проект договора на выполнение работ и сметную стоимость всех затрат.

12.3 «Исполнитель» производит работы в соответствии с требованиями «Правил», «Норм» охраны труда, техники безопасности, пожарной безопасности и несет ответственность за своих работников.
12.4 При окончании работ, «Исполнитель» проводит планово-высотную съемку подкранового пути с учетом устраненных замечаний.
