Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
1. Payment of actually performed work is made by the Customer on a monthly basis on the basis of acts on the services rendered, signed by the Customer and the Contractor, no later than 5 (five) calendar days from the date of signing the act
2. Services provided by the Contractor with deviations from the requirements of this Terms of Reference, other input data or with other shortcomings are not subject to payment by the Customer until the Contractor eliminates the discovered shortcomings.
3. If the Customer reveals a discrepancy in the information on the volumes, content and cost of work reflected in the documents, the services actually rendered and their cost, the Customer, upon detection of this discrepancy, notifies the Contractor about this and does not sign the documents before the Contractor makes the appropriate changes.
4. Advance is not provided.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
