Auto-extension

Payment terms:The cost of the work performed is paid by the Customer on a monthly basis on the basis of the Acts of acceptance of the work performed (in the form of KS-2) and certificates of the cost of the work performed (in the form of KS-3), signed by the Parties on the actually completed work within 10 (ten) calendar days from the moment signing the Acceptance Certificate of completed work (in the form of KS-2) and a certificate of the cost of work performed (in the form of KS-3).
When paying the cost of work performed for the previous month, the amount of such payment is reduced by the amount of the advance payment.

1) Estimated calculation must be provided for each launch complex separately.
2) The guarantee obligations of the contract may be secured in the form of a bank guarantee or by depositing funds to the customer’s account.
3) The customer supplies basic building materials, but you can provide single ones.
4) As a result of successful cooperation, it is possible to conclude a contract for subsequent phases of construction.
5) Experience in the implementation of such facilities is required.
6) An open request for proposals is not a tender (competition, auction) or public tender, in accordance with Articles 447-449 of the first part and Articles 1057-1061 of the second part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not impose obligations on the procurement organizer (Customer) established by the specified articles of the Civil Code RF
