Обоснование: Заявки участников ООО "ТД "ТЭХ", ООО "КЭС", ООО "ДАЙТОНА", ООО "ПРОГРЕСС-СИСТЕМЫ" отклонены протоколом рассмотрения от 31.08.2020 №ПРС 310820/8 в соответствии с п. 3.4 Извещения о проведении запроса котировок, как несоответствующие требованиям Документации о закупке.
В соответствии п. 7.5.1.в. Единого стандарта закупок ПАО "Россети" (Положения о закупке), (утвержденного решением Совета Директоров ПАО «МРСК Северного Кавказа» (протокол от 25.12.2018 г. № 363), процедура закупки признается несостоявшейся. Ответственному подразделению ПАО «Россети Северный Кавказ» в соответствии с п. 7.5.7.Единого стандарта закупок ПАО "Россети" (Положения о закупке) рекомендуется вынести вопрос о заключении договора с ООО "НКГ" на заседание Центрального закупочного органа ПАО «Россети Северный Кавказ» и провести преддоговорные переговоры о снижении стоимости предложения.
