Обоснование: В соответствии п. 7.5.1.в. Единого стандарта закупок ПАО «Россети» (Положения о закупке), (протокол заседания Совета Директоров ПАО «МРСК Северного Кавказа» от 25.12.2018 № 363) процедура закупки признается несостоявшейся. Профильному подразделению рекомендуется провести преддоговорные переговоры с АО "КАСКАД" о снижении стоимости предложения.
По результатам подведения итогов принято решение заключить договор с АО "КАСКАД".
