Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Comments:
The following documentation must be supported by the tender:

1. Commercial offer. Submitted according to the form attached to the tender documentation. - willingness to work under a standard contract. The contract file is attached to the auction.
- indicate experience of work with GK Rusagro (years).
- be sure to indicate prices for all purchasing items.
2. Balance sheet for 2019.

3. Reference list if you have no experience of working with GK Rusagro.

4. Scans of PTS of own transport and transport lease agreement.
5. Contracts for maintenance and medical examinations.
6. The consent of the taxpayer (payer of insurance premiums) to the recognition of information constituting a tax secret, publicly available and the receipt of this consent of the Federal Tax Service. https://www.nalog.ru/rn68/fl/interest/tax_secrecy/
7. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the contract without making changes:
- tax clause (attached to the auction);
- consent to disclosure of commercial secrets (attached to the auction);
- sanctions clause (attached to the auction).
8. To conclude an agreement, the participant must provide a full package of statutory documents in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this tender.
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered.
The winner in the lot will be the participant who provided the best price for 1 kilometer of run along the route for the type of vehicle
