Payment terms:recommended payment terms: for the work actually performed, the Customer pays no later than 45 calendar days after signing the certificates of work performed and providing the original invoice;
other terms of payment: the service provider provides a bank guarantee for the advance payment.
Delivery terms:The total bid price for car repair and maintenance services should cover all obligations of the Bidder to meet the requirements contained in the bidding documentation, including the cost of spare parts and consumables, delivery services, expenses for the departure of the service team (subject to repair at the Customer's site), etc. Consider the possibility of carrying out maintenance and repair of cars as on on the territory of the contractor, and on the territory of the customer.

Comments:
prices for spare parts and consumables of the Contractor in the provided commercial offer must be on the terms of the Customer's DDP warehouse and will be checked by the SEB of JSC "Mineral Fertilizers" for compliance with current prices. All spare parts and consumables of the contractor must comply with quality standards and have the relevant documents (certificates, GOSTs, technical specifications) and must pass the entrance quality control at the Customer's enterprise.
