Comments:
1. The proposal is submitted in the form attached to the purchase documents.

4. If false information is provided, a potential service provider may be removed from participation in the Purchase, and if the inaccuracy of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Agreement, such Agreement may be terminated.
5. The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as reject all Offerings with or without explanation, as well as cancel the purchase at any stage, including after the selection of the Winner.

6.
