Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Payment terms:payment in rubles for the actual delivery of goods to the buyer's warehouse, during the 21st banking day, preservation of the value of the TMC specified in the attached specification for 3 months
Delivery terms:To participate in the price request:
1. it is necessary to have a warehouse of fuel for the amount of at least 5 million rubles. ;
2. delivery of fuel to the customer's warehouse at least 1 times every 2 weeks provided the order for a total amount of not less than 10 thousand rubles.
