Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:payment in rubles for the actually delivered consignment of goods to the buyer's warehouse, within 21 banking days, maintaining the cost of goods and materials specified in the attached specification within 3 months
Delivery terms:To participate in the request for prices:
1. it is necessary to have a warehouse of fuels and lubricants in the amount of at least 5 million rubles;
2. delivery of fuels and lubricants to the customer's warehouse at least once every 2 weeks, subject to placing an order for a total amount of at least 10 thousand rubles.
