This procedure is not a competition or a public offer and is not governed by art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 CIVIL CODE. The buyer has the right to abandon the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the end of the deadline without imposing responsibility. 3. If the supplier accepts the bid, it agrees in case of declaring the winner to conclude a contract for the supply and storage agreement on the form of OJSC «Kordiant» without disagreements and to deliver on the terms specified in the announcement of the acquisition. 4. All prices in the proposal should include all taxes and other mandatory payments the rate of all related services, as well as all of the discounts offered by the provider. 5.
