Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Pre-delivery. Payment under the planned contract for small and medium-sized businesses - no more than 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming acceptance of products. Forms 1,2,3,4,5 must be completed and required. The answer provided beyond the specified deadline for the provision of TCH, as well as conditions that differ from the conditions of the contract and technical assignment planned for purchase, will be recognized as inappropriate TCH and rejected. This information collection procedure does not entail any obligations for the Customer. These products will be purchased in one lot.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
