Purchase Committee Desicion:

  1. For Lot No. 1 Declare bidding void
  2. For Lot No. 2 Declare bidding void. The Customer has decided to conclude a sole source contract with amounting to (price is hidden)on conditions and at the price of the Agreement stated by the bid and bidding documents
  3. For Lot No. 3 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier and enter into an Agreement for the final price (price is hidden).
  4. For Lot No. 4 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier and enter into an Agreement for the final price (price is hidden).
