The procurement participant must attach a commercial offer on letterhead as part of their application, which should specify:
- specify the name of the manufacturer's factory (which issued PTS-aka the body and add-on refiner)
- price with the highest possible discount;
- delivery time;
- payment terms (preferably on delivery of 30 calendar days).
Delivery to the consignee is specified by a separate line.
