The Supplier shall provide the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of shipment of the goods the original invoice, two originals of the invoice in the form of TRADING 12 and a copy of the receipt for delivery on the shipped goods. Invoices must be issued in accordance with paragraphs 5 and 6 of Article 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 02.12.2000 No. 914. If the price of the goods is in foreign currency, the amounts indicated in the invoice must be expressed in the same foreign currency.

This request for proposals is not an auction or public contest in the understanding of Art. 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions until the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contract work and do not impose on the organizer obligations that exceed those listed in the terms of the competition.
