Payment terms:Покупатель производит оплату путём перечисления денежных средств на расчётный счёт Поставщика в следующем порядке: в течение 30 календарных дней с даты приёмки товара от Перевозчика на складе Покупателя.
Delivery terms:Срок поставки до 15.12.2011г. Поставщик производит доставку товара за свой счёт и своими силами до склада Покупателя. Наличие паспорта качества либо иной документ, удостоверяющий качество товара при поступлении на склад. Поставляемый товар должен быть новым, не восстановленным. При отгрузке товара обязательное уведомление Покупателя с предоставлением копиий: счёт-фактур, ТОРГ-12 и документов подтверждающих отправку товаров через Перевозчика.
