For counterparties with which the contract is not contracted, the subloading of statutory documents is desirable.
Please note that this request is not a type of content/auction/public offer and does not fall under the regulation of articles 447 to 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code Federations. When asking for price/offers, the invitation to participate along with the documentation upon request is an invitation to vendors to make offers to the Organizer of this procedure; the application to participate in the request is the offer of a potential bidder to request price/offers. However, the Organizer has no obligation to conclude a contract based on its results.
In addition, please note the following information:
The procedure for requesting proposals in the B2B-CENTER system is defined by the B2B-CENTER System Regulation and posted on the official website.
Section 8 of the Regulations provides that the request for proposals is not tenable and is not subject to the requirements of articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

The Promoter of the Request for Proposals has the right to both choose the winner of the procedure and complete it by rejecting all offers.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
