Payment terms:60 days deferred payment from the date of delivery to the buyer's warehouse. Price with VAT and EMM.
Delivery terms:to the buyer's warehouse. The delivery of inventory is made in equal instalments within 3 months (October-November-December, the seal of the collection-in October 2018g. The handles and rods are always supplied with a needle tip.

Comments:
1. This notice is not a notice of the tender and has no corresponding legal consequences. The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the procedure of open request for proposals at any time, without incurring any liability to the suppliers.

2. The winner of the request for proposals will be chosen by the participant offered the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice. Availability of the certificate is obligatory

3. The contract on the results of the request for a proposal, in the event of the winner's determination, will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days from the date of signing the protocol on determining the winner of the price request.

4. After the end of the trades in the B2B-Mechel system, the participants provide an offer with the latest price in electronic form to e-mail: N.L.Moroz@gmz.kuzbass.net or by fax (384-63) 5-04-19 within 1 (one) working day after the end of submission of bids. In the event of a breach of this requirement, all proposals of such participant may be rejected by the Procurement Commission without consideration of the merits.
For contractors who have previously registered in the system, but have not received the EDS and did not paid participation in the system, it is possible to download proposals by the organizer of the request for proposals on behalf of the counterparty. There are three documents required for this purpose:
- Offer (commercial offer), certified by the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the Organization;
- A document establishing the right to carry out actions on behalf of the counterparty (e.g. power of attorney);
- Letter rejecting further claims on the occasion that the offer is submitted to the bidding not by the participant (in free form on the letterhead of the company with the signature of the authorized person).
A mandatory condition for providing a file with documents in the price request confirming the status of the participant: Manufacturer or dealer.
