Payment terms:
60 days deferred payment from the date of delivery to the buyer's warehouse. Price with VAT and TZR.
Delivery terms:
Up to the Buyer's warehouse. The delivery of TMC is delivered in equal batches for 3 months (October-November-December 2021). The handles come necessarily with a needle tip, the ink color of the handles is blue.
Comments: 1. This notice is not a notification of the competition and has no relevant legal implications. The Customer has the right to refuse all offers received for any reason or to terminate the open request for offers at any time without incurring any liability to suppliers.
2. The winner of the request for proposals will be selected by the participant who has offered collectively the best feasibility conditions in accordance with this notice. Certificate Required
3. The contract on the result of the request for offer, if the winner is determined, will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days from the signing of the protocol to determine the winner of the price request.
4. After the end of bidding in the B2B-Mechel System, participants submit an offer with the last price electronically via e-mail: N.L.Moroz@gmz.kuzbass.net or fax (384-63) 5-04-19 for 1 (one) working day from the end of submitting offers. If this requirement is violated, all such participant's proposals may be rejected by the Procurement Commission without substantive consideration.
Contractors who have pre-registered with the System but have not received EDI and have not paid for participation in the System may be able to upload offers by the organizer of the request for proposals on behalf counterparty. Three documents must be available for this:
- Offers (commercial offer) certified by the authorized person's signature and the seal of the organization;
- A document that establishes the right to act on behalf of a counterparty (such as a power of attorney);
- A letter retracting further claims on the occasion that the offer is not tendered by the Participant himself (in a free form on the company's form with the signature of the authorized person).
Required condition to provide a file with documents in the price request confirming the member's status: manufacturer or dealer.
