Comments: 1. This notice does not constitute a tender notice and has no corresponding legal consequences. The customer has the right to refuse all bids received for any reason or to terminate the open request for proposals at any time without incurring any liability to suppliers.
2. The winner of the RFP will be the participant who collectively offers the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice. Certificate is required
3. Based on the results of the request for proposal, if the winner is determined, the agreement will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days from the date of signing the protocol to determine the winner of the price request.
4. After the end of the bidding in the B2B Mosque System, participants submit an offer with the latest price electronically by e-mail: N.L.Moroz@gmz.kuzbass.net or by fax (384-63) 5-04-19 for 1 (one) working day from the end of submission of proposals. In case of violation of this requirement, all proposals of such a participant may be rejected by the Procurement Commission without consideration of the merits.
For counterparties that previously registered in the System, but did not receive an EDS and did not pay for participation in the System, it is possible to upload proposals by the RFP organizer on behalf of counterparty. This requires the presence of three documents:
- Offer (commercial offer) certified by the signature of an authorized person and the seal of the organization;
- A document establishing the right to perform actions on behalf of a counterparty (for example, a power of attorney);
- A letter refusing further claims in the event that the offer is submitted at the auction not by the Participant himself (in free form on the company's letterhead signed by an authorized person).
A prerequisite for submitting a file with documents in the price request confirming the status of the participant: manufacturer or dealer.
