1. This notice is not a notice on competition and does not have the appropriate legal consequences. The customer has the right to reject all proposals received for any reason or to stop the procedure of open request of proposals at any time without incurring any liability to suppliers.

2. The winner of the request for proposals will be selected by the participant who proposes the together the best technical and economical conditions in accordance with this notice. Presence of the certificate is obligatory

3. Contract proposals in the query results in the case of determining the winner, will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days from the date of signature of the Protocol on the definition of the winner price request.

4. After the end of trading in b2b-Mechel participants give sentence with the last price electronically at the e-mail: N.L.Moroz@gmz.kuzbass.net or by fax (384-63) 5-04-19 during 1 (one) working day since the end of the submission of proposals.
