1) prices should be indicated without VAT and with separate transport costs.
2) the product must be of the original factory design, with quality certificates and an indication of the manufacturer. It is necessary to specify the manufacturer for each item of goods and materials. Confirm the manufacturer's affiliation with dealer certificates;
3) the supplier must be able to exchange documents through the "Contour of Diadoms" system;
4) requirements for the contract form-according to the buyer's form.
5) the packaging must ensure the safety of the cargo from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage, a marking label according to the Buyer's form must be pasted on each place;
6) it is necessary to attach an official commercial offer indicating the contacts of the responsible manager, as well as a full description and characteristics of the proposed goods and materials. Proposals without an official KP will not be considered. The offer is valid for at least 30 calendar days;
