4. A Certificate of Conformity, a quality certificate is required.

5. Special requirements for packaging and transportation - packaging must ensure the safety of the cargo from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage.

6. The cost of transportation is included in the price of the goods, the cost of packaging is included in the price of the goods.

7. This request for proposals is not a tender or a public tender within the meaning of Art. 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of an agreement with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer that exceed those listed in the conditions of the competition.
