Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:Delivery until 15.08.2021.
1) prices should be indicated on DDP terms (delivery to the consignee's warehouse is included in the price);
2) the product must be of the original factory design, with quality certificates and an indication of the manufacturer. It is necessary to specify the manufacturer for each item of goods and materials. Confirm the manufacturer's affiliation with dealer certificates;
3) the supplier must be able to exchange documents through the "Contour Diadoc" system; or a letter with a refusal about the inability to exchange
4) requirements for the contract form-according to the buyer's form.
5) the packaging must ensure the safety of the cargo from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage, a marking label according to the Buyer's form must be pasted on each place;
6) it is necessary to attach an official commercial offer indicating the contacts of the responsible manager, as well as a full description and characteristics of the proposed goods and materials. Proposals without an official KP will not be considered. The offer is valid for at least 60 calendar days;
