6. The procedure for forming the contract price (lot price) (including or excluding transportation costs, insurance, payment of customs duties, taxes and other mandatory payments): Taking into account transportation costs for the delivery of MTR.
7. The requirements established by the customer for the quality, technical characteristics of the goods, work, services, their safety, functional characteristics (consumer properties) of the goods, the size, packaging, shipment of the goods, the results of work and other requirements related to determining the conformity of the supplied goods, work performed, services provided to the needs of the customer;
8. Requirements for procurement participants:
Absence of unscrupulous suppliers in the register. Absence of arrears on taxes and fees for the reporting period. Absence of liquidation, bankruptcy, suspension of activity.

Quality certificates, certificates of conformity for the supplied MTR.
10. Special conditions for the delivery of goods, performance of works, provision of services
The manufacturer must inform about the readiness of the products no later than 10 days before sending them to the facility. Arrange access of a representative of LLC "Geoinform" to the manufacturer's warehouse to check the quality of products before sending them to the facility.
