Auto-extension

Payment terms:100 (One hundred)% of the price of the item, must be paid within 20 banking days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer at the place of delivery, provided that by the date of delivery of the goods the Supplier has provided to the Buyer with payment, original invoice and invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:Strictly according to the technical specification. A delivery decision is allowed for one, more or all items listed in Section 1 in any combination.

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice on the holding of a contest (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Обращаем внимание::Технико-коммерческое предложение должно обязательно содержать следующее (Приложение №1):
- коммерческую часть (стоимость Товара с учетом доставки и НДС, условия оплаты и т.д.);
- срок поставки Товара с учетом его доставки до места поставки;
- срок гарантии.
Коммерческое предложение направляется в двух вариантах: подписанное уполномоченным представителем и в редактируемом формате
ВАЖНО::Участник процедуры "запрос предложений", признанный победителем, обязан в течение 5 (Пяти) дней с даты завершения запроса предложений открыть расчетный счет в АКБ "Ланта-Банк" (АО) для целей проведения платежей по договору, в отношении заключения которого проводился запрос предложений
ВАЖНО::Договор в редакции Поставщика не рассматривается.
ВАЖНО::Участник (Поставщик) предлагает 2 (два) коммерческих предложения (КП): первое КП на стандарты фасовка - пакетик по 50 гр, второе КП на стандарты фасовка - тара по 500 гр/1000 гр
