Payment terms:100 (one hundred)% of the price of a consignment of goods is payable within 30 working days from the date of transfer of the goods (consignment of goods) to the Buyer at the place of delivery, provided that by the date of delivery of the goods the Supplier has provided the Buyer with an invoice for payment, the original consignment note and invoice- invoices drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The participant of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner, is obliged, within 5 (five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, to open a current account with JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (JSC) for the purpose of making payments under the agreement in relation to the conclusion of which the request for proposals was carried out
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out on DDP terms, by forces and at the expense of the Supplier. The Products must be new, not used. Packaging of the Goods must ensure the complete safety of the Goods during transportation by all modes of transport, including transshipment.

Comments:
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring responsibility.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Внимание:Технико -коммерческое предложение должно обязательно содержать следующее:
1. Коммерческую часть (стоимость Товара с учетом доставки и НДС, Услуг, условия оплаты и т.д.);
2. Срок поставки Товара с учетом его доставки до места поставки;
3. Срок гарантии.
Формат коммерческого предложения приложен (Приложение №1).
Коммерческое предложение направляется в двух вариантах: подписанное уполномоченным представителем и в редактируемом формате;
4. Техническое описание Товара. Формат технического предложения приложен и заполняется участником тендера (приложение №2,3). Техническое описание направляется в двух вариантах: подписанное уполномоченным представителем и в редактируемом формате.
5. Принципиальную схему для каждого КТП.
Внимание:Участнику закупки необходимо прикрепить коммерческое предложение и техническое описание Товара с подписью ответственного лица, паспорт качества и сертификат соответствия, договор официального дилера, подписанный экземпляр анкеты и учредительные документы (перечень необходимых документов указан в Приложении № 3)
Внимание:Также ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО! приложить референс лист с указанием опыта поставок аналогичного оборудования (год выполнения заказа, место поставки) с контактными данными представителя заказчика, уполномоченного подтвердить информацию. Участник тендера должен иметь опыт реализации аналогичных проектов не менее 3-х лет.
