Payment terms:Payment within 60 days after delivery of the shipment. Shipping to the Buyer's warehouse at the Supplier's expense. Price to be charged based on transportation costs to the Buyer's warehouse.

The organization chosen by the winner for the delivery of TMC and has no contractual relationship with Uralkuz must provide a copy of the EGRUL Extract with a copy of the document confirming the authority the signatory of the contract (the minutes of the constituent assembly, the founder's decision, order, power of attorney, etc.)

It is mandatory to load a commercial offer or account. If these documents are not available, the Buyer may not consider the candidate. Commercial offers/accounts can be sent to amakarova@uralkuz.ru.
The buyer has the right to refuse all offers received without liability.
