Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

4) requirements for the form of the contract - according to the form of the buyer.
5) the packaging must ensure the safety of the cargo from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage; a marking label in the form of the Buyer must be glued to each place;
6) it is necessary to attach an official commercial offer indicating the contacts of the responsible manager, as well as a full description and characteristics of the offered goods and materials. Offers without an official commercial proposal will not be considered. The offer is valid for at least 60 calendar days;
