Weight gain is allowed according to packaging standards, which is drawn up (agreed) by an additional
specification.
Additional terms:
1. Shipment at own expense to the address: Perm Territory, Gornozavodsky district, Pashiya, Svobody St., 43, OJSC PMTsZ.
2. Mandatory availability of distribution agreements and dealer certificates of the established form (documents must be attached to the request)
All products must be original and delivered with a manufacturer's passport, quality certificate, certificate of conformity.

Obligatory loading of a commercial offer or invoice. After the completion of the trading procedure, commercial offers / invoices must be sent to e-mail. address amakarova@uralkuz.ru.
If this condition is not met, the buyer has the right not to consider the offer of the participant.

The contract is strictly as amended by the customer, the protocols of disagreement are not accepted.
The buyer has the right to reject the application for failure to comply with the requirements specified in the request for proposals.
The organization selected as the winner for the supply of goods and materials and not having a contractual relationship with PJSC Uralkuz must provide an extract from the register.
The buyer has the right to refuse all proposals received without imposing liability.
