The Supplier is obliged to provide the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of shipment of the goods with the original invoice, two original invoices in the form of TORG-12 and a copy of the receipt of acceptance of the goods for carriage on the shipped goods. Invoices must be issued in accordance with paragraphs 5 and 6 of Article 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 02.12.2000 No. 914.
