Обязательная подгрузка коммерческого предложения на фирменном бланке с указанием цены. В случае неподгрузки данных документов Покупатель вправе не рассматривать кандидатуру участника. Коммерческие предложения/счета можно отправить после завершения торговой процедуры на эл. адрес akapustin@uralkuz.ru.
Для организаций не имеющих договорных обязательств с ОАО "Уралкуз", договор подписывается строго в редакции заказчика, протоколы разногласий не принимаются.
Вся продукция должна поставляться в соответствии с чертежом (см. прикрепленные файлы), с сертификатом качества.
Покупатель вправе отказаться от всех поступивших предложений без наложения ответственности
