If several offers indicate the same lowest price for the Lot, the winner shall be the winner of the electronic bidding, the price of which has been received earlier than other offers, ceteris paribus. If the applicant for technical reasons or some other (problems in power supply, power surges, lack of internet, employees on a business trip) could not be put up on the electronic platform, his commercial offers by e-mail will not be accepted.
