Premix volumes for Rusagro-Primorye LLC (warehouse address - Primorsky Krai, Mikhailovsky District, p. Mikhailovka, Dubininskaya str., 4, 3740 meters from this house), delivery by road on pallets, non-return pallets, with side unloading:
1) Vitamin-mineral premix for piglets at 0.3% to 20 tons (10 tons in August and 10 tons in September).
2) Vitamin-mineral premix for fattening pigs 0.3% to 40 tons (10 tons in August, 10 tons in September and 20 tons in October).
Prices must be given according to our prescriptions, with VAT and delivery by trucking on pallets (no refundable pallets) to our factory, according to our schedule. The delivery schedule may be adjusted in progress.

Changes to the formulations of premix prescriptions are not considered. The formulations of the attached premix prescriptions indicate the content of pure biologically active forms of vitamins. The prescriptions you provide should indicate the content of the active substance in the original substance, the amount of the original substance based on its activity. Premix formulations should use vitamins from leading producers: DSM, Adisseo, BASF, Loman, etc. All ingredients in Premix must have a complete package of quality documents as well as thermal stability documents for all vitamins. Each batch of premixes must be produced during working days and working hours from 9:00 to 5pm for our representative to be present when working. Before producing each batch of premixes, the production line must be cleaned, the storage bins in front of the weight dissers must be empty. All components for the production batch must be presented to the buyer's representative in a burlap in an unfused form and filled in a bin in his presence. If the buyer's representative is not present, we may request copies of quality ingredient certificates and printouts from the dispensing devices for each source. The quality certificate must be given qualitative indicators based on the ingredients used, the filler. Batches of premixes will be investigated on vitamins and micronutrients at the arbitration laboratory of Leningrad MVL (St. Petersburg). All factories that bid must have their own laboratory to determine input control of raw materials.
At each premium production, the supplier is required, together with the delivery of the Goods, to provide samples of all components of the Commodity, including filler and finished products. Samples shall be transferred to the Buyer's Plenipotentiary, with the appropriate power of attorney, sealed off, with a commission selection act. This Act is signed by representatives of the Supplier and Buyer.
Samples are sampled with two samples of each ingredient that is part of the Premix of the following weight:
- vitamins and trace elements - 100 gr/1 sample
- filler - 500 gr/1 sample
- finished products - 1000 gr/1 sample.
All vehicles that deliver the Item to the Buyer's warehouse must be equipped with trackers provided by the Buyer.
It is necessary to attach a certified route to the ETP (with a bypass of ASF zones).
If multiple offers specify the same lowest price per Lot, the winner of the electronic bidding will be recognized as the winner of the electronic bidding bidder whose price offer has come before other offers , all other things being equal. If the challenger for technical reasons or some other (power problems, voltage surges, lack of internet, staff on business trip) is not able to be put up on the electronic site, its commercial email offers are not accepted. Rusagro-Primorye LLC chooses the final choice of suppliers and volumes referring to in-group regulatory documents and regulations.
