For LLC Rusagro-Primorye, a volume of 10 tons is required, delivery from October 15 according to the buyer's schedule. Prices must be given with VAT and delivery to Primorsky Territory, Mikhailovsky District, s. Mikhailovka, st. Krasnoarmeyskaya, no. 16 (feed mill) and with a deferred payment of 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer's warehouse.

Changes to the formulation of premix recipes are not considered. The compositions of the attached recipes for premixes indicate the content of pure biologically active forms of vitamins. The recipes provided by you must indicate the content of the active substance in the starting substance, the amount of the starting substance, taking into account its activity. Vitamins from leading manufacturers should be used in premix formulations: DSM, Adisseo, BASF, Loman, etc. All ingredients (vitamins, trace elements, antioxidant) included in the premix must have a complete package of quality documents, as well as documents for thermal stability. Each batch of premixes must be produced on working days and during working hours from 9:00 to 17:00 for the presence of our representative during production. Before the production of each batch of premixes, the production line must be cleaned, the storage bins in front of the weighing machines must be empty. All components for the generated batch of goods must be presented to the buyer's representative in sack containers in an unaltered form and filled into the bunker in his presence. In the absence of a buyer's representative, we may request copies of quality certificates for ingredients and printouts from dosing devices for each plumb line. The quality certificate must necessarily indicate the quality indicators, taking into account the ingredients used, the filler. The batch of premixes will be tested for vitamins and microelements in the arbitration laboratory of the Leningradskaya MVL Federal State Budgetary Institution (St. Petersburg). All factories that take part in the auction must have their own laboratory to determine the incoming control of raw materials.
At each production of premixes, the supplier is obliged, together with the transfer of the Goods, to provide samples of all components that make up the Goods, including filler and finished products. The samples are transferred to the authorized representative of the Buyer, who has the appropriate power of attorney, sealed, with the preparation of a commission act of selection. This Act is signed by the representatives of the Supplier and the Buyer.
Samples are taken in two samples of each ingredient in the following premix weights:
- vitamins and trace elements - 100 g / 1 sample,
- filler - 500 g. / 1 sample,
- finished products - 1000 g / 1 sample.
All vehicles delivering the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse must be equipped with trackers provided by the Buyer.
It is imperative to attach a certified route for vehicles (bypassing ASF zones) on the ETP.
If several offers indicate the same lowest price for the Lot, the winner of the electronic auction is the applicant whose price offer was received earlier than other offers, all other things being equal. If the applicant, for technical reasons or some other (problems in power supply, power surges, lack of the Internet, employees on a business trip) could not be posted on the electronic site, his commercial offers by e-mail will not be accepted. Everything is only on the electronic platform. Please take this into account.
Rusagro-Primorye LLC chooses the final choice of suppliers and volumes by referring to intragroup regulations and rules.
We work according to our contract form and annexes (in the attachment). Also, the winner of the auction will need to provide a complete set of statutory documents (in the attachment).
When submitting each new application, it is necessary to attach a commercial offer to the B2B ETP.
