Extract from the Protocol of the competitive commission № 15/1/2/3/4-16 from 17.03.2016 г., ПАО "Камчатскэнерго"

Decision of the competitive commission:

  1. For Lot No. 1 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "СК "Сурсум" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 3 825 549,38 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 3 241 991,00 RUB).
  2. For Lot No. 2 Declare bidding void. The Customer has decided to conclude a sole source contract with ООО "КЭСК" amounting to 3 003 845,00 RUB (VAT free)
  3. For Lot No. 3 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "СК "Сурсум" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 3 397 841,86 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 2 879 527,00 RUB).
  4. For Lot No. 4 Declare bidding void. The Customer has decided to conclude a sole source contract with ООО "КЭСК" amounting to 13 494 361,00 RUB (VAT free)
  5. For Lot No. 5 Declare bidding void
