Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment for the delivered goods shall be made at the rate of 100% of the price fixed in the Specification No. 1 and No. 2 (Annexes No. 1 and No. 2) within 60 calendar days from the date of actual receipt of all goods in the warehouse of the Buyer in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, on the basis of the signed consignment notes. Commitments to pay for the goods considered to be satisfied with the date of transfer of funds from the account of the Buyer.
Delivery terms:
Delivery time: May 2016. The supplied goods according to their quality must meet the requirements of state standards, specifications and confirmed by quality certificate of the manufacturer or other appropriate document. Delivery of goods is carried out by direct mixed railway-water communication through the port-station of Vladivostok to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
