If the parties reach an agreement, the contract shall be concluded no later than 20 days from the date of publication on http://www.b2b-center.ru/ of the final protocol.
The Promoter reserves the right to extend the procedure and/or change the date of consideration of the Participants' proposals, to sum up the request, to accept or reject any offer, and to terminate request for proposals procedure.
