Payment terms:Расчет за поставленный товар производится в размере 100% от стоимости товара, указанного в Спецификации №1 (приложение №1) в течение 60 календарных дней с момента фактического принятия всего товара на складе ПОКУПАТЕЛЯ в г. Петропавловске-Камчатском, на основании подписанных товарных накладных. Обязательства по оплате товара считаются выполненными с даты списания денежных средств с расчетного счета Покупателя.
Delivery terms:Поставка товара осуществляется прямым смешанным железнодорожно-водным сообщением через станцию-порт Владивосток до г. Петропавловск-Камчатский.
ПОСТАВЩИК обязуется осуществить поставку товара путем отгрузки согласно срокам, указанным в Спецификации №1 (приложение №1), являющейся неотъемлемой частью договора. ПОСТАВЩИК имеет право на досрочную поставку.
Датой поставки товара считается дата приемки ПОКУПАТЕЛЕМ товара.
