Comments:
I. The required conditions for the complete set and quality of the goods are in accordance with the drawings/ catalog numbers of the manufacturer / GOST.
1.1 The winner of the request for proposals is the Bidder who has submitted an bid that is profitable both from the point of view of price and from the point of view of other factors, including taking into account the guaranteed (and/or actual) operating time of the chisels in the mining and geological conditions of the drainage mine of JSC "Lob.GOK".
1.2 The volume of Call FOR Bidding according to what is required in the template and the availability of current bids (with the possibility of increasing the volume of deliveries (up to 100%) during the validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal); 2) Requirements for delivery dates, according to the schedule posted in the tender:- delivery in January of this year, until 01/25/2024, Delivery in 2023 is not allowed.
3) Requirements for the provision of documents - certificate of conformity and/or document (passport) of quality;
4) Requirements for the form of the contract- in the form of the buyer;
5) The formation of the price of the goods is indicated in rubles of the Russian Federation per piece without VAT, and remains relevant with a slight change in the volume of Call for Bidding
6) The validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal is at least 60-90 days;
7) Warranty obligations - at least 12 months from commissioning.
8) if there is no valid agreement between our organizations, please read the standard version and give your opinion.
