The customer signs supply contracts in 2020 with prices fixed in rubles with an advance payment of no more than 15%. Shipment of ready-made refrigerators - until April 1, 2021 with payment within 3-5 days after the signing of the Acceptance and Transfer Certificates (receipt of cars).
Please, note! During the bidding procedure, the Procurement Participant can repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of the submission of bids.
If an agreement is reached between the parties, the agreement is concluded no later than 20 days from the date of publication of the final protocol on the website http://www.b2b-center.ru/.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend the procedure and (or) change the date for consideration of the Participants' proposals, summarize the request, accept or reject any offer, and also terminate the request for proposals procedure. At the same time, the Organizer does not bear any responsibility to the Participants, to whom such an action may cause losses.
