Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Calculate the discounted price on the basis of the participants' bids. One of the criteria for selection of winner will be the discounted price.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:It is preferable to defer payment for at least 37 calendar days from the date of delivery. (including 7 days. single payment day).

Comments:
Pay attention to the design and completeness:
- pos.1-2 Beams are allowed to manufacture from st.10xSND/09G2S;
- pos.3 Shutter delivery package: assembled without drive (MEO and electric dv-l) and without 9pos. parts of the drive sector;
- pos.4 Branch pipe 12130.44.100 with compensator 12130.44.106SB;
- pos.5 Blade rotor, delivery: items No. 1 "Body", 3, 4, 5, 14, 15, 21 "Shaft" - assembled.
1) The required conditions for the equipment and quality of the goods - in accordance with the drawings;
2) Requirements for delivery dates in 2022: March 2022;
3) Requirements for the submission of documents - certificate/quality passport;
4) Requirements for the form of the contract — according to the buyer's form
5) The formation of the price of the goods is indicated in Russian rubles per piece without VAT.
6) The validity period of the TKP is at least 30 days;
7) Warranty is at least 12 months.
8) if there is no existing agreement between our organizations, please read the standard version and give your opinion.
9) Mandatory execution of the delivery schedule (see item 2) - a single delivery on request is allowed within a quarter with a delivery time to the LGOK no later than 10 days before the date of the 1st order in the quarter.
10) Please note: Only proposals from those participants who have been accredited for Metalloinvest Group of Companies are accepted for consideration (link for accreditation https://www.b2b-center.ru/personal/accreditation/?action=apply&id=178&date_last_edit=0).
