Please, note! During the bidding procedure, the Procurement Participant can repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of the submission of bids.

If an agreement is reached between the parties, the agreement is concluded no later than 20 days from the date of publication of the final protocol on the website http://www.b2b-center.ru/.

The Organizer reserves the right to extend the procedure and (or) change the date for consideration of the Participants' proposals, summarize the request, accept or reject any offer, and also terminate the request for proposals procedure. At the same time, the Organizer does not bear any responsibility to the Participants, to whom such an action may cause losses.

Please note that this request is not a notice of a public tender or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure does not impose on the Organizer (Customer) an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants
