Comments: unconditional acceptance of the draft contract for the supply of products of PJSC "Izhstal". The winner organization, which does not have a valid contract with PJSC "Izhstal" within one day shall upload the following documents necessary for the conclusion of the contract:
1. Copy of company registration certificate;
2. Copy of the certificate of tax registration;
3. A free-form counterparty card containing the following information: Full company name, legal and factual address, NAME of the chief accountant, telephone numbers, fax, bank account details, including bank address;
4. Copy of the latest profit and Loss statement (Form № 2);
5. Certificate from the IFNS at the place of registration on the absence of tax arrears, etc. obligatory payments;
6. A power of attorney or other document certifying the right to sign financial documents of an official.
Please note that this request is not a notice of the competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by article 447-449 ch. 1 of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code, art. 1057-1061 Ch. 2 of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of the bidding procedure: This procedure is held electronically at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals shall be submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with the digital signature.
