Mandatory loading of the commercial offer by the participating organization.
The winner organization, which does not have a valid contract with PJSC "Izhstal" within one day shall upload the following documents necessary for the conclusion of the contract:
a) Copy of the Charter in the current edition with all changes and additions with the mark of the tax authority;
b) Copy of the certificate of State registration of legal entity
c) Copy of the Certificate of tax registration
d) Extract from the unified State Register of legal entities not older than 15 calendar days before the date of granting
e) Copy of the tax authorities ' certificate of debt on tax payments to the budgets of all levels;
f) Copies of documents confirming the election and appointment of a person acting on behalf of a legal entity without a power of attorney (hereinafter – the Head) (Order of appointment and minutes of the meeting of authorized bodies on election (appointment))
g) Copy of the power of attorney for the right of signature in case the documents are signed by the representative by proxy
h) Copies of documents confirming the authority to carry out delivery of a certain type of products, as the authorized representative of the company manufacturer. Such document is a dealer certificate, dealer certificate, etc. (
i) Copies of the QMS certificates (Quality Management System) of the participant and the manufacturer of the offered products
j) Consent to the processing of personal data from the head of the participant and/or responsible person of the participant, as well as other persons in respect of whom the participant provides personal data;
k) Other documents which, according to the participant, confirm its compliance with the established requirements, with corresponding comments explaining the purpose of providing these documents
Please note that this request is not a notice of the competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by article 447-449 ch. 1 of the Russian Civil Code, art. 1057-1061 Ch. 2 of the Russian Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of the bidding procedure: This procedure is held electronically at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals shall be submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with the digital signature.
If the participant does not have the technical possibility of submitting an offer through the functionality of the electronic trading platform, the organizer of the procedure has the right to accept the offer to the e-mail address IZH-B2B@izhstal.ru By downloading this offer on site by means of the system functionality, subject to the following conditions:
¬-The participant must be registered in the system;
-The offer must arrive at the e-mail address within 4 working hours before the deadline specified in the notice of acceptance of the offers with mandatory notification of the responsible person by phone.
The documents should be an official letter of appeal to the procurement organizer with a request to place an electronic version of his proposal and a waiver of any claims related to the fact that the offer in the system will not be placed by the participant.
