The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
Comments: In the field "description of analogue" it is necessary to indicate the name of the drug and manufacturer.
In this tender, ABH Miratorg will take into account the prices of participants excluding VAT! But supplies will be subject to actual VAT.
Bidders cannot refuse to supply items for which they have submitted bids within the tender or raise the price after submitting a bid. In the event of a refusal to supply or an attempt to increase the price, participants will be included in the "black list" of companies.

The shelf life of drugs supplied to ABH Miratorg must be at least 75% of the total shelf life (factory shelf life) at the time of delivery to the ABH Miratorg warehouse.
The following documents in Russian must be attached to the application in the tender:
1. Security protocol
2. Certificate of conformity
4. Instructions in Russian
5. Confirmation of registration of the drug in Russia, Belarus or Kazakhstan.
Applications will not be considered without these documents!
Please indicate all analogs in the "Description of analogue" field. After the completion of the first round of trading, editing and entering information into the "Description of analogue" fields is prohibited. At the stage of rebidding, it is only allowed to reduce the price. All participants who violate this requirement will be excluded from the tender. Their applications will not be considered.
PLEASE PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE UNITS OF MEASUREMENT. PRICES MUST BE CORRECT FOR EACH UNIT OF MEASUREMENT.
