- Halal certificate (at the first delivery and at the end of the validity period), in the absence, a letter of guarantee (at the first delivery and then at least once a year), confirming the compliance of the products with the requirements for halal food;
3. For each delivery:
- a document confirming the quality and safety of the incoming batch. |
