Approval of the standard form of the contract by the Contractor must be in writing.
It is MANDATORY to upload a Commercial Proposal to the bid documentation, otherwise the offer will not be considered.

In the Commercial Proposal, specify: cost, payment terms, delivery terms, warranty obligations.
