Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Payment terms:
Deferred payment of 75 days, or post-payment on the terms of the supplier (the supplier must indicate the number of calendar days of deferred payment)
Delivery terms:
Delivery to the factories by the supplier. The tender specifies the annual requirements. Annual volumes may vary depending on the production program of enterprises (both in a smaller and in a larger direction). Deliveries will be carried out monthly according to requests in multiples of the minimum package.
Accompanying documents required for delivery:
The documents must be in Russian and certified with the original seal of the supplier/manufacturer:
- a document confirming the quality and safety of the received batch
- a document confirming the absence of GMOs at the first delivery, then at least 1 time a year
- a document established by law and confirming safety (declaration of conformity)
- a document confirming the content of sulfur dioxide at the first delivery, then at least once a year
- the protocol of the accredited laboratory confirming safety indicators and microbiological indicators (including pathogenic microorganisms), at the first delivery and further at least 1 time a year. The protocol is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- Halal certificate, in case of absence, a letter of guarantee confirming the compliance of the products with the requirements for halal food, at the first delivery, then at least 1 time a year.
Comments: The supplier will be selected based on approved criteria and points . The criteria, the approved form of a model contract, specifications for raw materials will be laid out for the request.
This procedure for requesting proposals is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the customer.
