Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

- document confirming the absence of GMOs at the first delivery, then at least once a year
- document established by law and confirming safety (declaration of conformity)
- a document confirming the content of sulphur dioxide at the first delivery, then at least once a year
- protocol of the accredited laboratory confirming safety and microbiological indicators (including pathogenic microorganisms) at the first delivery and further at least once a year. The protocol is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- Halal certificate, in case of absence, a letter of guarantee confirming the conformity of products with the requirements for halal food, at the first delivery, then at least once a year.
